A Pair of 19th century, antiquarian, baroque-revival, brass, repousse, pricket candlesticks upcycled into a pair of table lamps, 27" high
Finely chased with characteristic Baroque ornamentation Unusual to find a pair of period candlesticks of this size. Finely chased with classical foliages, fruit, volutes feuillagées and coquilles; resting on three claw claw. Marked with initial ACS. Sturdy, usable condition. Provenance : Private collection.
Measures: Height: 52 cm., 20½ inches to top of candlesticks, 68 cm., 27 inches to top of light fitting Length from foot to foot 19cm.
