An exceptional wood and brass, victorian, print roller upcycled into a 26½" high table lamp

- Dating from the mid-19th century this print roller was used to block print wallpapers. Individual rollers were used to print different colours.

- The raised, brass stylised floral design creates a 3 dimensional effect which is very attractive and unusual in lamps. - The height, repeat floral pattern and mid-century modern bronzed base give this lamp gravitas - Juxtaposes with period interiors and blends into modern and contemporary schemes. - The varnished wood and brass are warm and harmonise with most colour schemes. - Minimal surface wear to the varnished patina on the edges which is untouched and can be retouched in if preferred - The conversion has been renewed to conform to PAT, UK Electrical standards.

Height of the roller 58cm., 22¾ inches Total lamp height 67cm. 26 ½ inches Diameter 12 cm., 4 ¾ inches.
