The coat and breeches of black silk woven with a grey, dot motif. The coat embroidered in cream floss silks with floral patterns and embellished with silver sequin and cut glass. Fastening with passementerie buttons. The ivory silk waistcoat embellished with sequins and cut glass and embroidered in blue, brown, purple and cream silks. Holes to the breeches and wear to the lining of the coat. English, second half of the 18th century.
