Re-upholstered in 19th century (17th century style) crimson, cisele, velvet from the collection of Rudolph Nureyev. Six of the chairs with triple-bobbin, turned front stretchers and baluster-turned front legs and side stretchers. Toes replaced and some splices in the back legs. Two chairs with replaced front legs (marked X) and one chair with a replaced side stretcher. Good colour and patina. Probably French, third quarter of the 17th century. 80311260
