The plank top with a splice at the rear and in the center, to fill shrinkage; and faced with a moulded edge. The frieze with three drawers with raised rectangular panels and replacements and repairs to linings, and original lock and replaced brassware. A deep waist moulding above three fielded panels, two containing doors with replaced brassware. The hinges 18th century replacements revealing the interior with a shelf. The bottom faced with a moulded edge. The feet with repairs and replacements. The sides with a splice filling shrinkage. The carcass pine and oak. Excellent colour and patina. English, second quarter of the 18th century.
