COBRIDGE SUMMER MEADOW, LIMITED EDITION VASE, MARKED 28/250 UNDERNEATH, 1999, 10" high Delicate, injecting the beauty and lightness of summer meadows into the interior Great perspective with the detailing of the flowerheads in the foreground of the meadow and the trees on the horizon creating the impression of space and distance. Hard to achieve this on a small piece particularly a vase with undulating surfaces. Designed by Rachel Bishop. The meadow landscape features Ox-Eye daisies and distant trees all beneath a pale blue sky. Number 28 of a limited edition of 250.
