The back with yoke-shaped cresting rails above two rows of five turned spindles on the sidechairs and a row of seven turned spindles interposed on the armchairs. The two armchairs have delicately shaped, flat arms. The rush seats are supported by boldly, turned legs joined by a boldly, turned front stretcher and simply turned side and back stretchers. Standing on original double ball feet. Some old losses and repairs. Excellent original colour and patina.
