The top with a double-headed eagle motif. A crown of plates below finely in the form of a mermaid finely engraved with a man's head and fish scales. The sixteen scrolled branches are arranged in two tiers. The top tier finely engraved with a woman's head and leafy motifs. The lower tier finely engraved with flowerheads and leafy motifs. Drilled for electricity. One repair to a break in a candle holder. Probably Flemish.
