Bredwardine is in Herefordshire, beside the beautiful River Wye. There are splendid views along the peaceful Wye valley. Climbing the surrounding hills gives extensive panoramas over the river and across the Golden Valley to the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons, and to the east even as far as the Malvern Hills.
