This pair of cabinets is characteristic of Poul Nørreklit.

The combination of aluminium and plexiglass with beautifully figured Brazilian rosewood veneers creates signature pieces for the home.

The fusion of different materials blends different textures and colours creating a unique, light, airy presence to each piece.

One with rosewood top, side and back. Fitted with four drawers with aluminium veneered fronts standing on rectangular plexiglass supports. The other with rosewood top, side and back. The front with a pair of aluminium sliding doors opening to reveal an interior with single shelf. Standing on rectangular plexiglass supports. Finely figured rosewood veneers.

Remains of label: Selectform, Georg Petersens Møbelfabrik 3530 Farum. Poul Nørreklit designed for the major mid-20th century modern manufacturers such as Georg Petersons, Sigurd Hansens & Hovedstaden.
