The 1 inch thick, top with a deep, dodecagonal moulding and a ring at the front. The underside of the top with female and male term bearers, a mask and dated 1637. The stretchers with crisp foliate and bird carving. Standing on fluted and turned legs with later toes. Dry surface. Original patina.
