A fine, late-17th century, walnut, reclining armchair
The rectangular back and square seat re-upholstered in an old velvet. The iron hinges lowering the back are original. The downswept arms terminate in scroll ends and have with adjustable, ratcheted metal brackets attached. Excellent original colour and patina. Probably Flemish, fourth quarter of the 17th century. 11071556
