The top with a shaped cresting. The lid with original hinges and inlaid with floral motifs. The fall inlaid with a vase of flowerheads on long trailing stems around a central star motif. The bottom with a single drawer with later knob inlaid with the date '1790'. On a bracket foot base. Exceptional original colour and patina.
