- unusual & striking Mid-Century Modern conversation piece - stunning burr veneers - elegant floating on a pedestal base - practical with a large magazine compartment

The 7" thick square top with finely figured burr yew veneers. Integral magazine compartment. Floating on pedestal base. Not marked. Designer unidentified. Most likely Italian.

Coffee table 1 metre square, height 33cm, thickness 18cmW 1m Magazine Compartment 43.5cm square outside, 41cm square inside, Overall height 40.5cm square, rising 8.5cm above the top of the table, total height inside of the compartment 23.5 cm.
